Built 4 War
Greco-Roman Strength Test
Approximately 2500 years ago certification of strength levels was implemented in Sparta by Lycurgus – the legendary law giver credited with establishing the military reformation of Spartan society, after receiving it from the oracle of Apollo at Delphi.
Following the battle of Thermopylae, this system of testing military men was used by the Kings of Macedonia.
Phillip II and his son Alexander the Great with their Dreadnoughts; ruled the world before passing the baton of might to ancient Rome.
The Greco Roman testing system was lost after the second wave of barbarian invasions by the Vandals in 455 A.D.
Built 4 War is the world's first documented, and safest weight testing program for beginners.
It allows learning mistakes without the risk of serious injury.
This testing method also promoted the Spartan, Macedonian and Roman militaries to become the most feared and revered of all time.
Each level identified to a Spartan, Macedonian King or Roman Emperor - 3 key tensile strength levels measured in tons per hour for each laborer, soldier/citizen, or the test simply broke their will.
Which then lead to punishment, imprisonment, banishment or death.
Yield Strength – Work Rate Mind
Ultimate Strength – Muscular Fatigue Body
Break Point Strength – Mental Fatigue Soul (courage)
This advanced method of testing ensured uniformity of strength within the general population and the phalanx. Enabling proper deployment of troops and unequalled success on the battlefield.
Promotions and awards were granted to citizens that excelled in the Olympic strength tests in Ancient Greece and Rome.
